In this clandestine augmented reality experience, teams of 2–4 players infiltrated the iconic Philadelphia Museum of Art to uncover the secrets of Portal, a linear scavenger hunt powered by Zappar’s AR technology. Armed with a device and their wits, players searched for hidden objects scattered throughout the museum. Each discovery, when scanned, opened a shimmering portal and revealed a new puzzle or clue leading deeper into the game’s mysterious path.

With only 2–3 hours to find all 20 portals, the pressure was on. Those who succeeded escaped the museum’s grip. Those who failed? Trapped forever among the art and echoes of the past.
